  KuuSh products may CONTAIN NUT OILS OR TRACES OF NUTS. IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO NUTS DO NOT USE KUUSH PRODUCTS.

  Use KuuSh product/s at your own discretion. KuuSh Pty Ltd  is not and will not be held liable or responsible for wrong use of product/s and/or reaction/s to any KuuSh product.

  NO refunds or exchanges will be given for any reason except if a product is faulty. If this is the case, then you must notify KuuSh of a faulty prooduct within 2 days of receiving it. KuuSh will also check with Australia Post to find out when the product/s were delivered. If you have a reaction to a product, simply stop using it immediately. KuuSh is not liable if you have a reaction to any product/ingredient. You are responsible for using the product/s at your own discretion. All products are concentrated and must be treated as such by using a very small amount (size of 2 rice grains for a Signature Moisturiser). Any incorrect usage is at the onus of the user.

  Placement of orders are subject to change due to availability. KuuSh products are made fresh to order - NOT mass produced. Our clients value this concept and understand that orders are processed in order of being received. Please be aware that KuuSh supplies product fresh to order worldwide! Due to a huge influx, your order may be delayed, however, you will receive it and you can be assured it is fresh, pure and ethical.

  Products are only provided as Kuush sees fit to do so. Refusal to accept orders is at the discretion of KuuSh Pty Ltd.

  If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately. Do not use any KuuSh products if you have a nut allergy or sensitivity.

  Cancelation of orders is not accepted under any circumstance and refunds/credit will not be given. This applies to distributors, outlets, agents, wholesalers, retailers and personal customers.

  Any special offers to outlets, agents, wholesalers, retailers must be used/finalised within 3 months of taking part. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the offer/deal and it will revert back to normal prices. KuuSh reserves the right to limit or restrict or eliminate certain products from special offers at its own discretion. Account keeping fees apply.

  KuuSh is not in the ''sample business'' so do not ask for samples as refusal may offend. KuuSh products/information sent to potential business dealings must be used under KuuSh guidelines and Product and materials remains the property of KuuSh Pty Ltd at all times unless paid for in full. The receiver must pay for the products sent out at full retail prices and inlcuding postage/handling. If an order has not been placed and paid for within 30 days of receiving products to trial, you will automatically be billed for the product/material sent. Note; an order placed must be no less than AUD$5,500. If the trial product/material is not paid for within 30 days, an extra 5% will be added to the total and legal proceedings will begin. This action will automatically be excecuted 4 weeks after it is deemed you have received the products.

  Private customer orders; all orders are processed as soon as possible in the order they are received and paid for. Please keep in mind, KuuSh supplies worldwide and some delays are unavoidable.

  Delivery for private customers; all orders will be sent registered by Australia Post. If you require another mode of delivery you may be asked to organise that yourself or pay the fees associated with it. KuuSh  is not responsible and will not be held liable for any orders once it/they have left the KuuSh^TM premises. Freight, insurance, any taxes and handling is the responsibility of the purchaser.

  For reasons of hygiene, product is non-returnable. Please note that all Kuush products may contain nut oils or traces of nut oils. Therefore we cannot guarantee that any Kuush products can be free of nut traces or oils. Thus, all purchases are the responsibililty of the purchaser and no refund or exchange can be offered.

  Any product complaints must be reported to KuuSh within 3 days of delivery and photo's and/or product return may be required.

  Distributors, Wholesalers & Retailers of KuuSh products are subject to minimum monitory purchases & monthly purchases. The monthly minimum payments will always start from the 1st day of the month after the initial payment has been made. If you are an outlet of any type, a distributor, wholesaler, retailer of  KuuSh/offering KuuSh Treatments and you have not abided by your agreement of ordering, KuuSh will place the order for you on your behalf and send you the invoice which must be paid within 3 days to avoid fees and charges being added. Each week with an overdue amount outstanding will incur 5% fees and charges added to the final total.

  If you are an outlet of any type, stocking KuuSh/offering KuuSh products/services, you do not have authority to exhange, borrow, lend, purchase, sell or otherwise any KuuSh products from another outlet offering KuuSh product.

  Outlet's/stockists/wholesalers/retailers and the like do not have permission to act on behalf of KuuSh Pty Ltd  in any way at all.

  Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  Containers/bottles and sizes of products subject to change without prior notice.

  Products may differ from batch to batch due to seasonal changes and variations due to the organic nature of the ingredients used.

  Distrubutors and outlets: please allow 4 weeks lead time to process your order. All products are made to order, not mass produced. Orders are processed in order of receiving payment. If you require your order urgently please advise us when you place it. It may be possible to shift it forward however a fee applies.

  Distributors, outlets, wholesalers, agents, and retailers of any description of KuuSh products do NOT have permission to sell KuuSh products online or door to door or party plan, or by mobile operations unless given written notice by KuuSh prior. If you purchase or obtain any KuuSh products from any source other than an authorised source, you do so at your own risk and any claim/s will be void.

  Any form of communication KuuSh Pty Ltd  receives from you, whether by electronic means or otherwise will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. KuuSh Pty Ltd reserves the right and is free to disclose, publish, report, use, display and the like, any ideas, concepts, designs, information for and not limited to; publicity, marketing, developing, manufacturing, testimony, editorial, advertising KuuSh Pty Ltd , the KuuSh products and brand/s.

  KuuSh Pty Ltd  makes reasonable effort to ensure all contained herein the KuuSh site is up to date, and true and correct at the time. This web site is available as is. No liability will be accepted by KuuSh Pty Ltd or any KuuSh Pty Ltd  staff for any errors or omissions therein.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.
