Any order placed by anyone and accepted by KuuSh^TM becomes a legally binding contract.

POSTAGE & HANDLING

Postage & Handling fees to destinations within Australia to private customers is $9.95 up to 3kg. Australia Post will be used unless you specify otherwise and organise your own freight at your own cost. It is suggested that you include $2.70 to have your parcel registered as KuuSh^TM accepts no liability for any loss or damage by Australia Post.

Postage & Handling fees on packages over 3kg will be advised at time of ordering. Please call or email if you wish to know the costs before placing any orders online.

Postage & Handling on overseas orders will be advised at time of ordering. Please email admin@kuush.com.au for a quote before placing the order online.

Due to the organic nature of the product/s, refunds and exchanges are not accepted, so please choose carefully.

CUSTOMS

It is the purchasers responsibilty to ensure whether or not you are able to import the product/s to your region. You are liable for any costs associated with doing so.
