Placement of orders are subject to change due to availability.

Products are only provided as Kuush sees fit to do so. Refusal to accept orders is at the discretion of Kuush Pty Ltd.

Cancelation of orders is not accepted under any circumstance and refunds/credit will not be given. This applies to distributors, outlets, agents, wholesalers, retailers and personal customers.

If you are an outlet of any type, stocking KuuSh/offering KuuSh Treatments and you have not abided by your agreement of ordering, KuuSh will place the order for you on your behalf and send you the invoice which must be paid within 3 days to avoid fees and charges being added. Each week with an overdue amount outstanding will incur 5% fees and charges added to the final total.

Products may differ from batch to batch due to seasonal changes and variations due to the organic nature of the ingredients used.

Distrubutors and outlets: please allow 4 weeks lead time to process your order. All products are made to order, not mass produced. Orders are processed in order of receiving payment. If you require your order urgently please advise us when you place it. It may be possible to shift it forward however a fee applies.

By using this site, you signify your agreement with and acceptance of KuuSh^TM Policy. If you do not accept this policy, please do not use this site in any way. Your continued use of KuuSh^TM website and/or products will mean you accept KuuSh Terms and Conditions, regardless of whether or not KuuSh^TM provides you with notice of any changes. Distributors, retail outlets, wholesalers, agents; placing an order with KuuSh and it being accepted by KuuSh means you are entering into the KuuSh agreement/contract whether or not you have signed it.
